Pond Road Press published its first two books in the summer of 2003: Shubad's Crown, by Meredith Holmes, and The DNA of the Heart, by Mary Ann Larkin and Patric Pepper. Pond Road Press published its third book in the spring of 2006: Tough Heaven: Poems of Pittsburgh by Jack Gilbert.
